I aim to provide a client centered approach, offering customizable treatment options, made to fit your needs and preferences.
All sessions consist of various modalities where I incorporate Swedish, light/firm/deep tissue, sports, trigger point, myofascial, lymphatic, injury management, stretching, lomi lomi, energy work and more.
We can use touch, sound, full body, spot-treatment, no-touch or simply just be in the moment of releasing thoughts, dreams, and emotions.
You can choose to add cupping, gua sha, poultices, aromatherapy, singing bowls/sound bath, guided meditation, and foot bath, with more options coming soon.
